We send a verification link straight away. Once verified, your store is live in trial mode and ready to use. Nothing is charged during this time.
Starter: log in and configure everything yourself — products, categories, delivery zones, your Stripe connection. The admin is designed for non-technical people; if you can use a smartphone, you can use it.
Full Setup: email us your product list, delivery areas, and Stripe details. We'll build your store, import your catalogue, optimise your images, and configure everything — and let you know when it's ready to review. We only invoice the $1,299 once we start this work, not before.
Starter plan: your trial ends and we invoice the $499 setup fee automatically via Xero — payable by bank transfer within 7 days. Decide it's not for you? Cancel any time during the 14 days and you won't be charged anything.
Full Setup plan: there's no automatic charge at day 14 — you're only invoiced once you ask us to start the build, whenever that is.
Either way, your monthly hosting ($40 +GST) starts once your setup fee applies, not before — it's the same fee regardless of which plan you're on.
Point your domain to your new store (we'll help with that) and you're open for orders. Customers browse, choose a delivery date, pay by card through your own Stripe account, and you get an email notification.
From then on, we're a quick email away. Minor changes and questions are covered by your $40/month — no support ticket queues.
